Might also make it a Wood Badge beading ceremony for a leader who recently achieved this. Rocket Launch will be in August – handing out rockets tonight, rsvp for dates will come in July Summer Pack Archery Outing (Lonsdale range), there’s a proposal up for vote in the next Parents meeting to purchase a couple of youth bows for the pack RECRUITING THIS SUMMER/FALL Tues May 13 5-7:30pm (4:00 setup) Lonsdale Street Fair & Business Expo by Mackenthuns, we will have the inflatable archery range, plinko, and information for prospective scouts. Please come help and wear uniforms! Community days – we will be walking in the Parade at 1pm and will have a recruiting booth, Saturday Aug 9 12-5 July 25-27 Kolacky Days – Montgomerwe are looking into recruiting opportunities this year and will provide updates on what we’re doing and if you can help that would be great. Aug/Sept back to school conference recruiting, hoping for TCU Lonsdale again and may add Montgomery elementary/middle. Still pending approvals, watch for details as help will be needed.If you hear of any other recruiting opportunities, let us know! TELL YOUR FRIENDS! Any other announcements? | RECOGNITIONS Thanks to Webelos Miles & David – helping with lollipop tree as we ran out of boats Congrats to Cubmaster Dustin for being awarded the Northern Star District P Award of Merit. His efforts were recognized for helping other Units with recruiting plans this year, this sharing of work and resources with other packs was also what connected him with the Magician we had visit in March at no cost to the pack. This all also had to do with his Wood Badge ticket (project) that was focused on recruiting, which you all helped with through your support at the recruiting events last year. Thank you all who helped! AWARDS – going to handle all remaining awards at the May pack meeting.
