Pack 327 are Building Rockets at Our First Den Meeting Tonight!
Working On: Bobcat
All dens will be working on the Bobcat belt loop which is either an intro or refresher on the Scout Oath, Scout Law, Scout Motto, and getting to know your Den!
Working On: Rockets
All dens will be rolling up their sleeves to construct model rockets with glue and maybe some sharp instruments (whittling chip achievement required, otherwise a parent does the slicing!). Then you'll take them home for painting and decorating. Rockets will be launched at the Pack Meeting on 9/24

Popcorn fundraising in Cub Scouts is not a high-pressure requirement—nobody needs to become a tiny door-to-door sales executive. We just encourage each Scout to try at least one or two storefronts a year.
Popcorn Fundraising Starts Saturday!
Want popcorn for wagon sales? Let Dustin know before tonight so we can get you stocked up. Or grab an upcoming storefront shift in the Trail’s End app!
Scouts can set goals, see their hard work pay off, and earn funds toward registration, camps, Scout gear, and more—which parents tend to appreciate too!

If you’re getting a uniform, don’t worry about the official pants or hat—we don’t require either at Pack events. We also don't require the belt, but encourage it as a great place to show off the belt loops you earn. Of course, you’re welcome to get them if your Scout wants the full head-to-toe, extremely fashionable Scout look. 😎
The Pack provides the neckerchief, slide, and rank/achievement patches. Families just need to purchase the Council and Pack/unit patches, and the Scout Shop can help make sure you get the right ones and put them in the right places.
Please Wear your Class A Field Uniform to Meetings (if you have one)
We don’t require the blue Class A uniform shirt right away, but we do encourage it—it helps Scouts feel like part of the team and, frankly, looks pretty sharp in group photos.
We’ll have Class B Pack T-shirts for $5 at Den and Pack Meetings this month, including parent sizes. New Cub Scouts get their first one free; extras, sibling shirts, and replacements are $5.
If you’d rather not pay full price for a shirt your Scout may outgrow before you finish sewing on the patches, check out the Northern Star Council Uniform Exchange. You can donate outgrown uniforms or pick up a gently used one.
